Getting the right messages to the right people in the right way at the right time

How sharp are your communications?

Poor communications are a waste of your time and a waste of your money.

You can  confuse your  target audiences, lose business, demoralise your staff, you can even do untold damage to your reputation.

Get your communications right and you have the foundations of a successful organisation.

With more than 30 years experience in journalism, PR, corporate communications and publications, not to mention four national awards under my belt,  I can help you to shape the right messages in the right way so you can ensure the right people get them at the right time.

I specialise in:

Strategic Communications                                                 Campaign planning and management

Crisis planning and management                          Major incident planning and management

Event planning and management                                                          Publications management

Internal communications consultancy                                                               1-1 media coaching

Reputation management/development                                               Web site review/editing

I have also developed a unique Communications Healthcheck, which involves a thorough audit of an organisation's communications and a detailed report on how to build on strengths and replace or develop areas which are not working for you.

CBC is all about using communications to get results. Call me to arrange a free consultation to discuss your communication needs.
